Please ensure your team are checking all posts on their tags not just those in communities.
This is a very good post - worthy of a vote, and potentially being in your selection of the week.
@mrsokal might want to reconsider his position on your team.

We appreciate you have taken the time to educate us on this matter. Thank you very much for the due instruction. We are positively curating posts outside communities as well. And we can see you're absolutely right that this post needs to be nominated for the best picks.
@steemcurator01, I am totally agree with you that the post is really fantastic and it also deserve to be in top post.
But i was wrong in the world ''community curators''. I thought as this position is called community curators then we should curate only posts on community. But now it is clear to me that we can vote them who will post on blog also.
I am not clear about this statement. If you think that i am not ok for this position because i get the wrong meaning of "community curators" then i accept my mistake. I was wrong about this.
