RE: CLOUT Bounty Program, Contest, and meet our new CEO! + PRE-ICO still going on!
This seems super sketchy.... I have looked into the ICO and it has all the trademarks of a scam. Misspelling on the homepage. Ridiculous promises of $300 a coin when there will be 1billion in total. All the comments on bitcointalk are from relatively new accounts.
An interview published on steemit from an account with 1 follower. Can not see any value in this proposition. More research is required for sure.
EDIT: Whoops 100m coins. Will be a 1B additional separate coins minted from the 100m.
Pre-ico coin price $1 per token. Final phase $10 per token. lol

All the information on this project I can find can not be verified at all. This still to me seems like a scam. BUYER BEWARE

What misspelling?
There's no promises of $300 a coin, not sure where you see that. You do realize the total market cap of crypto currencies won't stay at $140 billion forever. What happen when mainstream kicks in? What happens when it breaks $1 Trillion?
Not sure what account you're referring to, may have been a new account with the CLOUT name was made? Fairly common practice to lock down your brand on as many platforms as possible.

You have 0 backing, 0 evidence, and 0 credibility. You are going off of nothing but a "feeling".

Please explain what I am trying to do? I am making valid points about this project. It raises so many red flags but If it turns out I am wrong then it is no biggie. These questions need to be asked.
Anyone can claim anything. I can not find any relevant information backing anything you say up. Even if this was not a scam it is a abd investment. You say ad sharing but keep 92% of ad revenue income. Try to artifically inflate the price of the token 10x when people who got in at 1$ would dummp instantly..
You are trying to appeal to peoples greed to get them to invest in the "pre-ico". Anyone who buys in at $10 would be instant bag holders once it was released on the markets.

20 million CLOUT tokens (20%) will be used to invest in other block-chain projects over time including ICO’s and/or cryptocurrencies. These investments decisions will be made based on the highest rated opportunities by the upvoting of the CLOUT platform members. These tokens will be used to directly invest in the success of these projects, and CLOUT will hold these cryptocurrencies and assets in a secure but also transparent fund (Cold Storage). The CLOUT team will take profits from these positions over time as the projects succeed and spend these profits to continuously repurchase CLOUT tokens from the open markets to maintain the 20% Clout token holding for the investment fund. As this fund grows to accomplish specific milestones, a portion of these profits may be rewarded to Clout token holders in Ether to bring increased value to Clout token holders and/or used for other promotional efforts for the Clout Platform.
All the more reason to get in before the 3rd Tier, which btw, is only 1 million of the tokens. MOST are at $5 or under.
Exec.'s also receive their tokens at 5% per month after the ICO.

CLOUT would be awesome if it was real. I would never invest in it but I would be delighted to see it succeed. It is basically everything I use steemit for without the rest of the spam. But this just feels off. It is far to difficult to find information on it. Lots of price promises.. An increase in price is even the last thing on the roadmap.
Also I see you fixed the misspelling on the website. Kudos.

I'm not sure what official information you want? There's BCT threads going and all social media(you're free to join the CLOUT slack and talk to the team). It's a BRAND NEW project, did you want a nationalized TV commercial?

It's a "pre-ico sale" . Not a sneak peak. You are withholding the address for what reason? So if I would like to confirm the level of investment you have received so far that is only possible if I invest a minimum of 10ETH or 1BTC . What reason would you have to keep this information hidden?

For someone tired of steemit power balancing(which is terrible, early users run this site, or whales), you'd think you'd be more supportive of this project and wish for it to succeed, even if you don't participate in the ICO.
My backing is the fact that everything about this feels wrong. From the way it is portrayed to the lack of information. I can claim the linkedin profiles work for me aswel.
