How does clout differ / compare to steem? in regards to intended functionality? It seems similar in concept.
Yes wait till launch then the difference will surely open,so still wait a little while.But the basic conecpt is same like Steemit.
CLOUT differs in that it will get rid of the power imbalance on steemit, higher reputation(aka how long have you been here and who do you know), will no longer be a problem.
