When will be Genesis Mining BTC plans back again?

Does anybody know, when Genesis Mining will bring their BTC plans back? The last TH/s, bought three weeks ago, were authorised to the creditcard and will start on 31.10.2017. But when will it be possible to buy more Hashpower?
