WARNING : Cloud Mining Account Balanace NOT Updating

Few Minutes ago, I read @kingscrown post regarding bitcoin transaction interruption.

I check my friend google to get more details on the said Issue as pointed by @kingscrown

I read several articles until one of the article redirected me to a youtube video about Genesis Cloud Mining Balance Issue

I watched video and capture a screenshot and then I remember that I also invested a small amount of money in Minergate.com for bitcoin mining.

I Immediately log in and check my account and I got surprise on what I saw on my account. Cloud Mining activity is active yet no update on total earnings. last update is July 19 as shown on the image below.

I send email to support and wait for their response and here's what I got

This proves that something is happening and everyone is affected by this

I'm just hoping that evrything works fine. After August 1.
