Don't miss CloudCoin LIVE! tonight.

Sean Worthington will broadcast Episode 26 live at 5 pm Pacific Time (12 midnight UTC) to update viewers about CloudCoin activities and answer live questions.

CloudCoin LIVE! producers Kenyata Dibiase and Josh Boelman plan some exciting changes for the program in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Event will showcase RAIDAtech's newest RAIDA apps
RAIDAtech, a private venture to develop new applications for Sean Worthington 's provisionally-patented RAIDA technology, will launch their first offerings in time for the Anti-Counterfeit & Currency Expo (ACCE) in Las Vegas Nov. 6-8.

RAIDAtech is a separate entity from the CloudCoin Consortium, although some people are involved with both. The Consortium expects RAIDAtech's success will boost the utility (and therefore value) of CloudCoin, as most applications will use CloudCoins in some way.

Here's a look at the first advertisement from RAIDAtech.

Technology and software update
The RAIDA system is being expanded with "Black Box" systems.

Consortium Lead Scientist Sean Worthington announced on CloudCoin LIVE! that he is creating the first "Black Box RAIDA" and showed viewers what the new micro-node systems look like.

These mini-RAIDA will allow breaking-up each current RAIDA node into 32 smaller ones. They are called "black box" because they will be administered remotely by each RAIDA Admin. Other people will buy the systems and put them in their homes. They won't have to do anything except make sure they have electricity and internet access.

RAIDA has also doubled its capacity for authenticating stacks of CloudCoin notes from 200 to 400.

Worthington also announced upgrades to CloudCoin transactional software.

There is a new change-making service, aptly named "deposit_stack_with_change." There will also soon be an operation for RAIDA called "PAN Forward" that will will create PANs for users and send their coins to a specified server. Also planned is a new ultra-secure service called "Communication Broker," which expands on the Trusted Transfer escrow concept by utilizing CloudCoin serial numbers as keys. Senders can upload coins and have RAIDA authenticate the sender's ownership. The recipient can then download the authenticated coins.

Five software packages continue to be tested by QA chief Ivan Olsak and his team

Founders's Edition 2 for Win7, Win8.1 and Win10 was launched earlier this month. The code for Mac and Linux versions are complete and will follow soon.

Consumer Edition 1.5 should be the next release. It will improve and provide fixes to CE 1.0 and is a bridge to Consumer Edition 2.0, upon which development is simultaneously underway.

CE 2.0 will feature a completely new, more user-friendly client package with an improved user experience across all platforms, according to lead developer Navraj Singh .

A totally new CloudCoin client application for Android will include multi-detect functionality (to significantly improve speed) and should be released around the same time as CE 1.5.

There has also been progress with the CloudCoin Services Java team under Ben Ward . The team's first Java program is being tested before going into production.

"The huge prospect is that Java is multi-platform, so we can reuse one program for Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, even iPhone can be an option. This can eliminate the need to develop dozens of software packages," Ward said.

CloudCoin client software is used to authenticate, password-own ('pown'), store and transfer CloudCoins. Other new versions are in various stages of development. All Consortium downloads are available here .
