DeepCloud AI is an AI -driven clouding computing platform powered by blockchain technology. It seeks to leverage on blockchain’s smart contracts technology, immutability and decentralization to completely bypass data integrity issues and arbitrary fees rampant in the cloud computing sector owing to the excessive centralization by a few major tech companies.
DeepCloud AI was conceptualized and developed on the premise that the fundamental limitations in the cloud computing hardware and software of today make it unfit to power the billions of internet-connected smart devices of tomorrow.

THE TOKEN (DEEP)
The DeepCloud AI’s network will be powered by the token, DEEP. DEEP is an ERC20 standard based token issued on Ethereum Blockchain. However, given the Ethereum Blockchain’s limitations on speed and scability, DEEP token will migrate to Nebula’s chain as the network grows. Being a P2P transaction token, DEEP will be a means to access the DeepCloud AI’s network and a payment medium for dAPP developers and users on the platform.
DEEP TOKEN ALLOCATIONS
The total supply is 200, 000,000 DEEPS.To ensure price stability and wide usage, about 40% (80,000,000)will be available for ICO. 20% (40,000,000) are put aside for the development team and advisors. 15% (30,000,000) are will be use to take the platform from development to production stage. 5% (10,000,000) will go for marketing to finance the media campaign of the platform both in pre-ICO and post-ICO stage. Finally, 20% (40,000,000) will be kept as reserves.
