Dear Narendra Modi this is write about climate change specifically about trees and electric cars
We should bring trees protection act in which every state ,every city , every electric ward should have a minimum amount of green thus increase green in the city ,trees should be protect from the people of add hoarding, malls ,corporations etc any public area treat cannot be cut without proper authorization we already have have man power we need is provide app integration to all forestry and trees and immediate response team to investigate within just 30mins ,people want to save trees but are aware how to contact them and we could ask help of google of their maps to help save the trees .stop all wood cutting organizations .City can really use this .
And now about electric cars we should think about this also, I know we have made a commitment to bring all electric cars only to India by 2030 but it would be too late ,I’m not saying to force people but to change the mindset of the people ,The government have strongly incentivize very very strongly people to buy electric cars. This could happen in various forms getting free parking ,access to fast lanes ,lower tolls ,freeing registration tax for electric vehicles , tax deductions on your income tax ,giving exemptions from sale tax (GST) if the company make cars in India .This make a electric car way cheaper to buy than other countries and bring in the change in perspective .Now you might be thinking about finance and electric aspects of this change .the finance can be managed by something called a carbon tax we have to start think industries that emit a lot of carbon or pollution in air , water etc just like the income tax their could be slabs in carbon footprint of the company and paying carbon tax on such industries ,this could fund all the subsidies to the companies that are helping in climate change and these subsidies cannot be only handed out by government officials and independent third party should examine and incentivize by the government if found any discrepancy or fraud in such dealing .Now the the electricity component we have invest in a lot of renewable energy but everything cannot be done by government but giving 100% privatization in energy sector in solar or wind and selling them directly to customer creating competition would help the energy demands of the country .we should allow companies to freely generate fund from ipo like if tesla does a ipo in India to build 2 gigafactory of 66 thousand crores bring the energy cost of saving it very low .which can easily be generated through ipo of a brand company like tesla .many of Norway is doing it while we purchase the oil from them and they fund there subsidies from oil money thus transferring there carbon foot print to us.
In the end we have to start somewhere to save the planet .
