This guy sounds a bit scammy to me...
There should be some competent coders on the Steem blockchain that could help you out with creating an app. Your idea and motives are not hard to sell for anyone that cares about our planet! 😊🌍✨
Thank you for your encouragement! It's hard to find a Dev on Steem; there are many of them but many are already on their project or an ongoing project.
