My 2nd post for @cleanplanet: another section of beach cleaned
Hi there my Steemit friends and followers!
It has been a while since I did my very first post for @cleanplanet but there have been some unfavorable circumstances (such as severe tropical storms and packs of aggressive stray dogs wandering around) that have prevented me from hitting the beach with a bag and it was not until yesterday when I was finally able to pick some trash there again.
This time, I made sure to meet all the requirements by @cleanplanet so I am starting this photo-documentation with a picture of me holding a piece of paper with my username and the date :) The final photo is to show you where I eventually put the collected trash (it was actually too big to fit in the garbage can so I put it next to it), which is another thing I forgot to include in my first report.
So this was my second official cleaning action for @cleanplanet as seen and captured by my dear @liltammy. It took me about one hour and think I collected some 15 or 20 kg of trash (mostly plastic of course) this time. I cleaned approximately 1-km stretch of beach here in northwestern Yucatan, Mexico. Cannot wait to go and clean another place :)
Hopefully, this post will inspire some other environmentally conscious Steemians to join this amazing initiative and come up with their own @cleanplanet actions and posts.

I thought you have places like this in Bocas too... at least that´s what the sellers of the tours from Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, to Bocas showed us in their brochures :D
yes we do too =) But I always like to see beaches in different countries, it gives me the travel bug!

O víkendu jsem s sebou měl v lese sáček na odpad, ušel jsem asi 10 km a nikde ani papírek :-) Každopádně je to pozitivní. Odpadu v českých lesích ubývá, jak pozoruji.
Však já nějaký ten odpad najdu, abych taky přispěl k čistší planetě ;-)
Tak to je mi líto, že jsi nepochodil, ale na druhou stranu je to skvělá zpráva o stavu českých lesů :) Obecně je v Česku, potažmo většině Evropy, proti jiným částem světa takříkajíc vyluxováno :) Tady bys měl sáček plný po pár krocích :( I tak díky, že jsi vyrazil - cení se každá (i marná :D) snaha :)
No, za posledních dvacet let u nás prakticky zmizely černé skládky, jak pozoruji. Je to mnohem lepší.
Když jsem byl na dovolené v Řecku, tak to byla katastrofa, to jsem se divil.
Nejuklizenější to mají asi Němci.
Něco v okolí města se tu ale jistě najde a pak to posbírám ;-)
Jo tak jih Evropy (hlavně jihovýchod), tam je to pořád dost bída... Vypozoroval jsem ve světě takový trend - čím blíže k rovníku, tím víc se na životní prostředí kašle. Platí všude snad jen s výjimkou Austrálie.
Mimochodem, z trochu jiného soudku, ten tvůj odkaz na zjištění stavu SBI mi nefungoval - nedalo se tam přepsat to jméno. Neměl bys ještě nějaký jiný? Nebo pokud je u mě problém vyloženě mezi klávesnicí a židlí, nemohl bys mi napsat, kolik těch SBI aktuálně mám? :D Díky moc :)
