Harvard President Claudine Gay is probably living on borrowed time now.

And the sooner she goes, the better. Harvard cannot plausibly claim to be an institution of the highest academic quality as long as they are headed by a serial plagiarizer.

Gay's claim that "Throughout my career, I have worked to ensure my scholarship adheres to the highest academic standards," is objectively false. At the very least, she repeatedly failed to take clear notes recording what were her own words and what were the words of others--she clearly did not work to do so, even though that is expected of undergraduates, so she did not work to ensure her scholarship met basic academic standards.

Can Harvard legitimately penalize any of its students for academic misconduct if they give Gay a pass?
