El arribo del avión pastor 1 se produjo 20 minutos antes de lo previsto.
Después de hacer una oración dentro del avión desembarco de el saludando a la multitud.
La misma que lo acompaño durante todo el recorrido hacia la nunciatura, que será su lugar de residencia durante su estadía en la ciudad de Bogotá.
Al llegar al lugar de destino, se salió del protocolo para escuchar y ver diferentes actos de folclor, ya que no estaba previsto que los escuchara todos.
