The lovely views of Bragança, Portugal

The weather was not very good, but the photos came out quite well. They were taken from Wall of the Castle of Bragança, an interesting place to take a stroll and enjoy the views.

Bragança is a small city on the North of Portugal, next to the border with Spain.

As you can see, the town consists of two main parts, the old town... and the new town. The old town is made of old, small, traditional houses, while the new town has modern skyscrapers and shops.

Unfortunately, the city is a bit forgotten and most of the big old houses are abandoned and dilapidated. Some of them are already in ruins, which is a shame. But also normal, seeing that most young people end up fleeing to the main cities and the houses are left behind, unmaintained and left to the elements...
