The Marques de Pombal Square. Not really square. This was taken during Steemfest 2 in Lisbon, Portugal.

The guy on the column is Sebastiao Jose de Carvalho e Melo, 1st Marquess of Pombal, 1st Count of Oeitar
He was prime-minister of Portugal 1750-1777 and help re-build the part of Lisbon destroyed by earthquake in 1755.
