Cityscape photography - Can anyone identify where is this place??

This was taken during a Special Occasions, this 'Country' National Day Celebration. I supposed many would have guess especially those that comes from that country.

See how many coloured 'seating area' on the photo. For this occasion, there is a floating platform attached for the National Day show.

This Floating Platform measures 120 metres by 83 metres. It can take up to 1,070 tonnes in weight and can seat about 30,000 people. That's where the coloured areas on the photo.

The platform was opened on 20th May 2007, built by the Defence Science and Technology Agency of this Country.
It took more than a year to complete construction. It broke ground in March 2006.

It was indeed a great moment for this country as there were many many more memorial events that were held on this country's platform.

I am submitting this photo for the cityscape photography contest. I am sure this photo is worth the sharing with all at Steemit.
