Cities of the future

Now this is a concept by Jacque Fresco, a city of the future. It's even a bit worrysome how we havent listened enough such a people like Jacque Fresco A GENIUS who planned cities of the future very long time.
It would be such a cool thing to see such a city come true some day! It will be a huge step in a developement of human kind. Truly civilized world, such as Jacque put it. This city is a completely green one without any waste or any kind.
Cities are constructed as a whole system. The underground area of the city contains for example heating, electronic generators, recycling. The next layer which contains the architecture and fountations for all the buildings. At the top layer in the middle a huge dome with a computing system on it to measure necessary resources witch the city needs.
