Both Cicada 3301 Websites has updated to display a PNG Images. It's named Burrow. That must mean they are going back into the ground. hmmm just like I said. Could it be that Red Riddler was meant to draw out the Cicada's but they were wise to the games of the highway and the tech of the documenting systems. I guess it's all like the Joker said, the read riddler is coming, but what happens when things just go flat. oh no.
