Cicada Manuscript

So I've been watching some YouTube videos about planets and eventually got to watching videos about some bizarre items that are on planet earth and apparently are light years ahead of their time. I ended up finding out about the Voynich Manuscript a book from the 14 century written in a language or code that even the most brilliant minded have a problem with.

There's a ton of youtube video's on this topic and numerous websites. Anyways it reminded me about cicada 3301 and how this book looks like their organization had written it or would use it in one of their puzzles. So i googled "cicada 2018" went to steemit @defango , got the first two cicada links:

What I found interesting about the source code. Starting with sevens.exposed:

Notice anything unusual ?
If you know anything about CSS or websites at all, which I assume you do because you're reading this is that the "Error 404" message is made from css. There is a image however displaying nothing. So this means that the link has something useful for completing the puzzle... or I'm just a newbie and people have already discovered this. I'm not really up to date with this whole thing.

The second website has changes I know are new because people haven't been writing about this.

I could be wrong but there might have been changes in the JavaScript code since it was first posted. I compared it to @defango's post although he could be talking about the onion code which could be different. (Yes I don't have time to double check as I'm writing this).
What's interesting about this is the iframe containing the youtube url to a video and channel very astonishing it's self.

It's called the Global Worldwide channel and uploads videos with random sound and visuals. I found out that the channel has been on the internet for some time and reddit was already trying to figure it out. Apparently it's a bot uploading the videos and is created by Luis Queral who is a designer from New York. https://www.reddit.com/r/mysteryGWW/comments/4li8ue/mystery_solved/

So the cicada website points to this video that's clue numbero uno.
Besides that not mentioning the music file that is obviously a clue, there is one in the JavaScript code:

What does that mean?
I'll leave it up to the experts or maybe I will take part in this years most mysterious puzzle myself.
