Cicada 3301 Website updated, ELSA 628 and Circumferences shed on 2 Pi 1711141131131.xyz

I wonder what happens on July 5th? June 28th was the day world war 1 started with the Murder of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Austria. This set of events created by a criminal syndicate know as the black hand began their rise for control over all of Europe on beyond. They could be considered on of the many arms of the Hydra known as the DEEP STATE. Are we looking for our independence from an oppressive system of war and debt slavery? Is the Cicada 3301 group trying to show us the way to finally crack the code of the Shadow government programs that have controlled every portion of our Main stream understanding?

It's a code that has a large set of numbers that resemble a SHA1 hash. In the Title of the webpage it shows "Elsa 628" as the name of the page. It seems there is some connection to the latest Wikileaks Vault7 dump that was code named ELSA. I think it is safe to say this is no mistake as I believe the formula for locking our next portion of the puzzle is going to require some old school encryption logic that can be understood from the standpoint of a CIA operative extracting information for an Target's computer. How fun it seem to be with all this high level mathematics and interesting musical puzzles makes anything Cicada 3301 put out before looks like a walk in the school yard.
