Suffering from a disease or multiple diseases for several years, and in some cases, decades has created a cascade of other diseases in your life on top of adding high amounts of anxiety and stress, and it is even tougher when you don't have much support around. Mentally, you are exhausted; you want to stop this, and there seems nowhere to go.

What to do then? Keep fighting!

You may ask, but how do I fight? What is that fight you are asking for? There is so much data nowadays at our disposal that we know the right answer to this.

Meditation, Wim Hof, Walking, Supplementation, Having a Good Doctor, Nutrition, Toxicity (get rid of it), Sleeping (as much as possible), Stress management, Exercises.

"But I can't exercise," you may say. Then meditate, but don't stop; there have been people who quit terrible diseases just by meditation alone.

Always remember there are people with the same or worse problems than you, and they have managed to get this under control and, in some cases, reverse their situation and continue to live their lives, so this is absolutely doable.

As much enthusiastic as it may sound, I also have to be honest with you, but most likely there will be no one that will come to rescue you, no one; this is the fight for your life that most of the time you fight alone; this is your game.

It is never too late, and don't add excuses. Take this job seriously; your job of continuing to enjoy this experience; your life is a beautiful gift.
