Merry Catsmas! (photo+video)

Dear Steemit Friends :

Today I present the Steemit Cats, with their debut music video which I directed, starring my family of cats!

Story behind the making of this video:

It's undeniable that cats are super cute, and few people would dispute that after watching the video. But, for me the director and filmographer, it can be quite a nightmare.

Equipment:
These are the camera's I usually use to take photos not only of myself but of my cats. Don't be fooled by the fancy camera's though. They by no means guarantee a good shot. As you know, cat's truly do have a mind a body of their own, when you see them with the perfect pose, it's often too late to get your big camera out, take the lens cap off, and focus on them. By that time, they've already disappeared from your viewfinder.
Since a cat moves very quickly, sometimes it's easier and more convenient to use your phone.

Toys to tease the cats:



NG Take:

1. I expected her to walk slowly towards me, except midway she suddenly started licking her own leg.
   
2. This take, she was cooperating except there were "technical" difficulties leading to a blurry shot.
   
3. Other times, you try to make them lively by teasing them with toys, but they refuse to move. They just look at you like statues..
   
4. The cast sometimes get into fights in the middle of a take.
   
   给猫猫拍小短片背后的故事：
   猫猫们在小短片里的可爱，我相信是让很多人难以拒绝的可爱。但是，你们一定想不到这些可爱搞笑的画面背后，我这个摄影师是多么的心酸和悲剧。
   器材：
   相机设备，其实再好的相机也不一定能拍出好的猫猫短片，因为，你们懂的，猫猫们的性格阴晴不定，当他们突然开始卖萌或者做搞笑动作的时候，你拿起相机，取下镜头盖，对焦之后，猫猫可能已经消失在你的镜头里了。猫猫们的动作很快，所以有的时候，为了捕捉好玩的镜头，手机变得更便捷一些。
   NG的镜头：
   1.你期待她可爱的朝你走过了，但是她走一半路，突然开始舔脚。
   2.这一次，她终于可爱的朝向你走过来，但是，由于技术问题，你的镜头拍虚了。
   3.你努力的逗她们开心，用逗猫棒吸引她们的注意力，希望她们动起来，但是她们却一动不动，像个雕塑。
   4.正在拍摄过程中，2只猫突然打起来。
