COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH -- CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS (shots)
SANTA SHOT
1 1/2 oz baileys irish cream
1/2 oz Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)
1/2 oz Kalhua (coffee liqueur)
1/2 Godiva (chocolaté liqueur)
1/4 oz peppermint schnapps
- Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
- Strain into nice size Shot Glass
- Garnish Spritz of Whip Cream w/grated nutmeg… Cheers!
Enough for 3 Shots
DREAMING OF SANTA
1 oz Vodka (good vodka)
1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 oz crème de cacao
1/2 oz crème de banana
- Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
- Strain into nice size shot glass
- Garnish by sprinkle ground cinnamon on entire top surface (generously)
Cinnamon and Banana when mixed together is an excellent sleep aide
Enough for 2 Shots

A SPICY CHRISTMAS
1 1/2 oz Vodka (good vodka)
1/2 Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz hot strong coffee (espresso preferred)
- Muddle piece of jalapeño w/vodka
- Add Whiskey and Baileys
- Add ice and Shake over ice
- Strain into shot glass
- Garnish w/ground Chili Pepper
Enough for 2 Shots (You can sip quickly)
FELIZ FELIZ NAVIDAD
1 1/2 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Sambuca (italian liqueur)
1/2 oz Kalhua (coffee liqueur)
1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
- Strain into nice size shot glass
- Grind coffee bean on surface (generously)
Enough for 2 Shots
