How Do You See Your Christmas This Year?
Trust that you are fine on Tuesday and it is in your favor to share with you how exciting the coming days are for my baby, as it will be the FIRST holiday EVER in your home country.
I mean, last year (during the pandemic epidemic) we went to the Philippines to visit their grandparents. My baby vroom vroom teet teet (as I explain the reason for these words) visited my hometown in Davao for the first time and it was a huge pleasure for the whole family, my husband's first Christmas holiday too, so it was kind of like a double celebration.
As I think about what our Christmas will look like this year, I have a little introspection because I always miss our Simbang Gabi (nine mornings) and our country hymns.
Oh, there really is no place like home !!!
Traditions and customs are so good to experience it, especially on holidays that I have been abroad for about 9 years.
