IT looks like great fun! The meerkats with the heat lamp look overwhelmingly people-like. I had no previously heard of reserving Santa times. Sounds like a brilliant idea to cut down on the stressed, frustrated children waiting in line!

We went there last year and the queue was a nightmare. This year they used (shhh...it's a secret) 3 Santas, so there was no queue.
