The Two Sides Of A Coin
A coin will always have two sides. Both its front and back sides have its own image and inscription. You cannot separate its two identity placed in it. A coin that does not have this feature would be considered a counterfeit. You will never be able to purchase anything through a counterfeit coin for it has no monetary value. You might even end up being in prison for trying to do so.
Do you know that the word "sin" and "sin offering" in the Bible are literally the same words in their original Hebrew language? The Hebrew word "Chattah" are both used for sin and sin offering. Here are some examples:
Chattah used as Sin:
Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity, transgression and SIN(Chattah)...
Exodus 34:7
Chattah used as Sin offering:
And the priest shall take of the blood of the SIN OFFERING(Chattah)...
Leviticus 4:25
"Sin" and "sin offering" are like two sides of a single coin. Though being in different sides and having different images and inscriptions, they should never be separated from one another. It is important to know this truth because many people today are preaching about sin but fail to teach about the sin offering which is the remedy to sin. It's like giving a mathematical problem without teaching the formula to solve it.
Jesus is the lamb of God(sin offering) who took away the sin of the world. We all tend to sin oftentimes. But you must see that in every sin there is a sin offering. Whenever you sin you should not fail to remember the fact that all of your mistakes are paid in full by the offering of the life of Christ.
Most people approach God with fear and shame in their hearts because they are looking at their sin. This is like trying to purchase something using a one sided counterfeit coin. You will never be able to receive anything using a counterfeit and you'll end up being in prison. Just like how many people are enslaved in different bondages today, for they are condemned thinking that God is mad at them because of their sins.
Don't just see yourself on one side, which is your sinful side. See yourself on your other side, which is a person who is totally forgiven and cleanse by the blood of Jesus. When you approach God, don't just state how sorry you are of your sins. Come unto him believing and receiving the truth that his son, Jesus Christ, made you righteous through his sacrifice. Sin and the Sin offering are inseparable just like the two sides of a coin.

God's word is like that. He never gives us one side of the "coin," or picture, but he gives us the whole picture so that we will be fully equipped.
