The issue of whether women should wear headtie while praying or not, is actually not a problem, suppose a woman has an untidy hair and could not plait it yet. You will normally see her wearing something to cover the hair, But if the hair is good and presentable, she will naturally like to unveil it for display even though she may take her headtie along with her in her bag.
