Las promesas se evidencian es a través de la obediencia. Antes de recibir el poder del Espíritu Santo los discípulos fueron obedientes al mandato del Señor cuando les dijo: “Y estando juntos, les mandó que no se fueran de Jerusalén, sino que esperasen la promesa del Padre, la cual, les dijo, oísteis de mi.
Porque Juan ciertamente bautizó con agua, más vosotros seréis bautizados con el Espíritu Santo dentro de no muchos días.” (Hechos 1:4:5).
Dice la Palabra que los discípulos estaban juntos, no cada quien en su casa; también dice que estaban unánimes, es decir, con un solo propósito, en oración y ruego. Ellos estaban concentrados en la oración, en lo que el Señor les había prometido, no pensando, ni hablando otras cosas.
Después de esta experiencia vemos como cambió las vidas de estos primeros protagonistas del poder del Espíritu Santo en el corazón de cada persona que lo recibe.
El llamado es a que como iglesia pasemos más tiempo juntos, unánimes, perseverando en la oración el mayor tiempo posible. Recordemos que el mismo Dios quien usó a estos discípulos, es el mismo Dios que puede usarnos. Pero sólo se requiere de nuestra obediencia para que podamos también experimentar cambios en nosotros como iglesia, en nuestros hogares, país, etc...

After this experience we see how it changed the lives of these first protagonists of the power of the Holy Spirit in the heart of each person who receives it.
The call is that as a church we spend more time together, unanimously, persevering in prayer as long as possible. Remember that the same God who used these disciples is the same God who can use us. But only our obedience is required so that we can also experience changes in ourselves as a church, in our homes, country, etc ...
