Against Inerrancy (0001)

There are many many problems in the Old Testament and New Testament. The errors tell us that human authors forged many parts of the book. I don't deny the divine origin of Old Testament. But, how can we know anymore which part is originally divine and which part is human work.

The contradictions in the Bible tell us which parts are definitely forged, because in the words of God there could be no contradiction. Because God is perfect. If any book should be perfect in every angle, this would be the book inspired by God. So, when we encounter errors in the Bible, we should know for certain that the parts with errors are definitely not inspired by God.

How many men did the chief of David's captains kill?

1 Chronicles 11:11:

"These constitute the list of the mighty men whom David had: Jashobeam, the son of a Hachmonite, the chief of the thirty; he lifted up his spear against three hundred whom he killed at one time. "

2 Samuel 23:8:

"These are the names of the mighty men whom David had: Josheb-basshebeth a Tahchemonite, chief of the captains, he was called Adino the Eznite, because of eight hundred slain by him at one time;"

How can we still trust the Old Testament after we see the contradictions? The conclusion we come to is that second author was careless about what the first author wrote.
