DEFINE CHRISTIANITY

A question always pop into my heart often and the question is WHY DO WE CALL OURSELVES CHRISTIANS AND HOW DO WE DEFINE CHRISTIANITY?
Mostly when I see what we Christians do to one another.
Your fellow is hungry
You have enough
You even fees your dog with good meat
And you tell your neighbour God bless you
So tell us How do you define Christianity ?
All you know is enemies are evil
Falk down and for you shout all day
Still you still backbite and gossip
You stab people with your tongue
How do you define Christianity ?
Your CHURCH member children are sick
All you can do is just pray
You keep your money and expect your prayers to do all the wonders when they cabt afford drugs or hospital bill.
Is that how Christianity is defined?
You are opportune to help somebody rise
And all you say is He/She would grow faster than you
You close the door to people.
All you know is me,myself and I
Please Define Christianity.
An orphan is staying with you
You change the orphan to a maid
Treating the child like he/she is no being
Your Children has been made the child their slave.
Is that what Christ taught us ?
I was really pained when someone told me his ordeal in the house of So called christian he was squating with.
After the story I asked the question for the whole day.
WHATS THE DEFINITION OF CHRISTIANITY.
Is it all about attending church services
Is it all about praying and singing
Is it all about show off
Is it all about being spiritual
Christianity is more than that. Christianity starts from your relationship with brethen and people around you and the impact you have made amidst them.

No, it starts with your relationship with God and Jesus Christ. You repent of your sins. You accept what Jesus did on the cross as payment for those sins. You accept Jesus as your Lord. You grow as a Christian by regular prayer, Bible reading, church attendance, and by growing in obedience. Christian maturity takes years, perhaps decades, to attain.
I listen to Bible preaching from "Thru the Bible". You can download the entire 5 year program for free at ttb.org and listen to it in your own language. I listen to Bible-based Christian praise music for hours while I work. It fills me with joy.
As you grow in Christ, God will give you a love for him and a love for people. Love isn't a warm fuzzy feeling but it leads to action to help people when they need it.
