1 Peter 5:8 Be alert! "Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

Its important we know that we live in a spiritual world, the bible says in John 10:10 "The thief comes to kill, to steal and to destroy but I have come so you will have life in abundance"

That's why its necessary we live for Jesus because the devil is after us to destroy us.

Sometimes we do not realize this reality because we think that this happens only in horror films, because we do not understand that the threat is something latent that we can see in the common things. For example, a harsh word can provoke anger, and if we let ourselves get carried away by that anger real bad things can happen, it can even cause a tragedy. The only way to be safe is to rest in the tender arms of our saved Jesus Christ and trusting in the power of His Word that guides us into all truth.
