WHAT FRUIT ARE MY PRODUCING?: FRUITS EVERY CHRISTIAN MUST POSSES

Yes, the way to identify a tree or a person is by the kind of fruit produced-- Matt 7:20

     Sadly enough is that in our world today everyone in the streets claims to be a christian.Our churchs today are filled with great crowds, parking lots filled with cars of members, but one essential identity question we must seek answer to is, "What kind of fruits or person am i?". 

Am i really producing the essential qualities, behaviour of the christ i profess to have? For Jesus clearly states that every tree has its distinct fruits produced.

JESUS is the tree of life and we are the branches (Joh 15:1,4-5)

Now lets examine the fruits of the tree of life of Jesus that is supposed to manifest in our lives.

Galatian 5:22-23 identifies (i) Love (ii)Joy (iii) Peace (iv) Patience (v)Kindness (vi) Goodness (vii) Faithfulness (viii) Self-control

LOVE:  Is the principal sign of a heart filled with christ, its a fruit residing in the tree life of Jesus we possess, this is not worldly love that seeks its nons, this is love possessed only by God and impacted to souls which are recreated in the image of christ. Ask yourself today, "have i displayed or lived withi the confines of love in your speech, actions and decisions consistently?

JOY:  This is the soul-banguillizer not accessed by worldly pleasures or comfort, but an inner comfort in the midst of trials and tribulation . Joy is an inward comfort that makes us smile in the darkest and toughest moments of life

PEACE : This is not attained from absece of wars, conflicts and persecution, this is balance of emotions and comfort of a calmness of soul and spirit despite the raging storms of life

PATIENCE: The ability to wait in the fullfillment of God's promise towards our lives. Patience keeps us calm and unpertubed despite the delays. Patience grants us the ability to bear long with people,.

KINDNESS: The display of love in action, that grace of God that makes us receptable to others

GOODNESS: This is the attribute of God that endears everyone to Him, for he cares for both the poor and rich. We must seek to display great affection in meeting the needs of others not because they have the reciprocal power to repay us.

FAITHFULNESS: Many today are not faithful to their words,vows and responsibility . Are you Faithful in all that is comitted to your care?. Can Men trust you with resources?  Are you Reliable?. Answer those questions now, is your ANSWER is NO ?

SELF-CONTROL: The virtue that helps to balance our emotions. We must seek to grow in this,for it helps our decisions, lifestyle and destiny. We must seek in our self control of our tongue, appetities etc

            Having fully examine this fruits of the tree of live of Jesus, it is of great importance we ask our selves this question

"WHAT FRUIT AM I PRODUCING?, IS MY TREE BEARING ENOUGH FRUIT FOR THE WORLD?"

Are you teachable to learn and easy to entreat? this is vital for a healthy christian living, we must grow in the art of becoming like Jesus, who loved us despite our sins. He gave us such a great example to flow that only through his spirit in us can we really bear the fruits he exhibited while on earth.
