To be An ambassador means to represent something, or someone ,it might be also be to tell and bring people to a particular thing or someone.
Being an ambassador for Jesus Christ requires some of the things listed below
- HE MUST BE A CITIZEN OF HEAVEN
No stranger or an alien can represent his government in a foreign country. Anyone who is not a Christian or a citizen of heaven cannot represent the Christ. A true ambassador ambassador must be redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
- A TRUE AMBASSADOR MUST BE ABOVE REPROACH
An ambassador is not a man of doubtful character. Your character must be without blemish according to phillipians 2:15
"That ye may be blameless and harmless,the sons of God,without rebuke,in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation,among whom ye shine as lights in the world." Phillipians 2:15
- A TRUE AMBASSADOR MUST BE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH THE THRONE OF GOD.
An ambassador will be able to hear from God and must be praying constant. You will remain in contact through prayers. Prayer is our private line to heaven
- THEY MUST BE STEADFAST AND LOYAL
Temptation will come once youdecide to promote Christ. The other side of Christianity will try to pull you but remember no one can serve two master!
- AN AMBASSADOR MUST BE HOLY
Holiness is doctrine of the Bible ,it is a commandment of God for us to follow.
Holiness is a life that must be lived. Who knows who has made your life a model because they see you as a true ambassador of Christ? The way you behave is what they are ready to copy.
For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves , and ye shall be holy; for I am holy:neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Leviticus 11v44
There is no patter of God lifestyle you should do away with, follow the steps of Christ closely and be AN AMBASSADOR OF CHRIST TODAY!
