Be happy [in your faith] and rejoice and be glad-hearted continually (always); 1 Thessalonians 5:16 (AMP)
If you only knew what happens in the spirit realm when you laugh and rejoice, you will make it a duty to rejoice daily. When you do so, you are mixing the Word with faith. While you are laughing, you are saying I believe GOD and it will be according to what the Lord has spoken.
Never lose sight of His promises to you; GOD is committed to bringing HIS Word to pass. If you don't rejoice, the devil will think he is winning. But when you demonstrate your faith by rejoicing at GOD's Word, the enemy knows he has lost the battle.
Confession
I declare that I am strong in faith giving glory to GOD. I stand on His Word; claiming and declaring His Word with joy, therefore I remain more than a conqueror in Jesus Name

Rejoice and again I say unto you rejoice. In difficult times like this the only antidote for stress and high bloop pressure is rejoicing. I have tasted it indeed I saw God in His splendour. Thanks for sharing @kingsolo
