Finding rest
Finding rest for your soul can be a derivative of following specific patterns. This calls for a right standing with God by walking in His specific ways and paths, that way you find rest. Those who rebel by not walking in it end up in turmoil. Consider Jeremiah 6:16 Thus says the Lord:
“Stand in the ways and see,
And ask for the old paths, where the good way is,
And walk in it;
Then you will find rest for your souls.
But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
