Be A True Giver

People usually say that givers never lack, but the truth still remains that some givers do lack of they're given almist. Not every seeds planted germinates, and not every planters harvests their crops in due season. If you give almist, you will labour lost.

God wants you to be blessed, but you can't be blessed if you don't give. You have to give something to take something in life. It may be your money, your materials or asset, your time, your service, your talents and skills, etc, you just have to give God what you have.

Proverbs 3: 9-10 AMP: Honor the Lord with your capital and sufficiency [from righteous labors] and with the firstfruits of all your income; So shall your storage places be filled with plenty, and your vats shall be overflowing with new wine.

The only way you can multiply a seed is to plant it. Likewise, the only way you can experience everlasting abundance and great increase/blessing is by investing in God. When you give, give to the Lord. There are two ways you give to God, the first is by giving to support God's work e.g. tithe and offerings, giving to God's ministers/ministeries who will use the fund for promoting God's kingdom, giving to support mission, funding charity, and giving to support godly projects/programmes, etc. The second way is given to the less privilege e.g. those in prison, motherless babies/orphance, disables, the poor, the widows and widowers, those that really need your help, those that can't avoid it, etc.

Some have turned giving to a business venture where they do Trade by Bater, they only give to the person they know can give them something better in return. They only give to the person they are expecting to get something back in return for there giving. In this scenario, you see the poor giving to the rich who they are looking up to to get help from. That's is a business strategy not the kind of giving that God ordained.

When you give, give to the Lord. Meaning when you give, your expectations should be placed in God not in man. If you don't want to give almist, if you don't want to loose your heavenly rewards from God, you must give with an heart of doing it for and to God.
