Our Confession
Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. Hebrews 4:14..
God's word wants us to be aware of the one who is our great high priest, the word of God wants us to be aware of His great work. Christ Jesus is the greater high priest, He is a great and merciful one.
Jesus is always present and prepared to bring to pass our true confessions. He so much values our confessions, and they're very much important to him.
The opening verse also elevates us to press on and proceed with our confession, it is of great benefits for us to speak faith-filled words upon our lives, our families, and so on.
However, there are so many believers who are already getting discouraged and now feel like giving up on their declarations/confessions. This Bible verse is absolutely for such individuals, the scripture has told us to not relent in declaring, because Christ is counting on those words to fulfill them.
