People act the way they feel.

People act the way they feel they are loved.

People opinions become fact when you tell them how they look.

People won't go beyond their self image.

You will never rise above the image you have of yourself.

Most of us build our lives on others opinion and make it a fact.

We need to change the picture in our mind. Our mind affects our body. Our body is like a machine. Its like a program. When it follows the program, thinking of it over and over again. We can change the program. Our bodies reacts to the real and the imaginary things......Marks
