Urban Life
So my church has this thing called Urban Life. Every other week about 10 or so people get together and talk about God, talk about what's happening in our lives etc. Basically a Christian get-together. I decided to go last night. I wasn't really in the mood but told myself I just had to go.
Got there and there were a few people there I didn't know, but everyone was friendly and introduced themselves. Was pretty cool actually. We praised and worshiped, then we prayed for each other. The other gentleman prayed for me and he was spot on for what he prayed for.
After that I took a few people home who didn't have transport. Will I go again? Yes, I definitely will. It's good to be amongst Christian friends and it's good to have Christian friends too. I'm not really someone for having friends actually, but I need to surround myself with Christian people. SO this is definitely a good thing.
Got home at about 21:30 I think.
All in all, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
