In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

Father, Lord of love and light, thank You for guarding me through the night and letting me wake up this morning.
Help me, Lord, to grasp thing evenly today, including decision-making and work.
Provide for me, Lord, my daily needs, the food I eat, the water I drink, the air I breathe.
All these good things come from You.
Preserve our lives today, Lord.
Keep my loved ones and me out of danger.
Show unto us Your goodness and love today.
