23-Sep-17 An extremely rare event occurred in the cosmos today. It is noteworthy that November 20, 2016 was the Feast of Christ the King and the end of the Great Jubilee Year of Mercy declared by Pope Francis. Also, occurring on this day, Jupiter (the King Planet) entered into the "womb" of the constellation Virgo (the virgin). After 9 ½ months (the gestation period of a late term human), on September 23, 2017, Jupiter exited from the womb of Virgo. Simultaneously with this event, the constellation Virgo was present with the sun appearing directly behind it (the woman clothed with the sun). Additionally, at the feet of Virgo, was the moon. And upon her head we will see a crown of twelve stars, formed by the usual nine stars of the constellation Leo with the addition of the planets Mercury, Venus, and Mars.(29) (cf. Rv 11:19-12:16). We would add that at such time, the head of the snake (Serpens Caput) appeared at her feet, also. The Vulgate reads: "I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel." (Gn 3:15)

(cf Rv 11 & 12). In sacred Scripture the number three represents that which is solid, real, substantial, and something in its completeness. This number usually indicates something of importance or significance in God's plan of salvation by identifying an important event in Salvation History. This number operates as a "sign-post" in Scripture study for the reader to "pay attention" to the significance of the next event.
