Excellent verse to reflect:
God has the best intentions when He tells him to forgive. He wants you to be happy and live a long and healthy life. Keeping a pain or anger against someone and having a lack of forgiveness in your heart is not worth it, because you lose joy, peace and health.
If it is difficult for you to forgive someone, look to the cross and see how God has let go of all your sins.
