Where my parents reside, in Indonesia, power is of almost daily, for 4 hours to be the shortest, to 9-12 H. Rationing power they said, plus fuse that is old and whatnot. There is always excuses.

It's annoying. I remember growing up in my parents house, with no power often. To this day it still is like that.

And they live in an oil city. A rich city, with American and French companies everywhere. Just not making sense.

In recent years people start saying it's actually local government corruption with all these power saving/rationing.

Crazy.
