- Mission. There must be a purpose to your life that you're living got. This is God's call on your life
- Vision. You must have a vision and have a unique take on your mission. That is, know what you are called to do.
- Equip. Equip people, teach them, improve them. Are you equipping people or pulling them down? Are you being a blessing or just focused on being blessed? Don't be a people user.
- Team. Have a team just like Jesus had a team of 12 disciples. This is how you mobilized those you have equipped to run with the mission. It takes a team to fulfill a calling.
