LET'S TALK ABOUT SEX TONIGHT

Sex is one topic lots of people do not want to really talk about but they love reading about and doing it. As a Christian it is not a sin to talk about sex as a matter of fact it is a good thing. Today I want to write about sex and its power, influence, effect, good and bad, in such everything that is to know about sex. Well maybe not everything but most important thing in a Christian way…

WHAT IS SEX
Sex is simply the physical penetration of the female reproductive organ by the male’s reproductive organ. Sex is between a male and a female, even in animals.

IS SEX GOOD OR BAD?

If you ask me 1000 times I will tell you sex is good and it is one thing most people cannot do without. If sex is good then why do people demonize sex in the church and don’t want to talk about?
God is the creator of sex. The bible says all good and perfect gifts are from above (God) James 1.17.. According to the scripture

And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord.
Genesis 4:1 (KJV)

A quick question is, who taught Adam how to make love to his wife? There was no record of how he got the tutorial, if it wasn’t for God, Adam couldn’t have known about sex hence sex is made possible by God and for a reason that we shall still talk about in the later part of this article.

SEX IS POWERFUL

Yeah, when I say powerful I know what I’m talking about. Sex has power over marriage, over authorities, over strong men and women. No matter how holy and saintly you are sex may fall you. If you really want to know the extent of sex power you will need to read the following verses of scriptures where angels literally left heaven just to have sex here on earth. Why? Because sex is a powerful attracting force. The angels were simply tired of the holy things and decided to lay with the daughters of men and took them as wives, it is all because of sex.

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years
Gen 6 1-3

This led to the destruction of the earth according to the bible, some thousands of years ago, so you can see how powerful the subject of sex is. I’ll like to share 10 powerful nugget about sex that you need to know. Now listen to this, everything I am about to share is in the context of the bible so please be mindful of this while reading.

TEN THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SEX

1. Sex is from God and not from the devil (we’ve talked about that in the beginning of this article)

2. Sex is good Sex. According to research findings it boost immune system, burns calories and lowers blood pressure and lessen the risk of heart attack, helps physical fitness, increase your sleep period and many more.

3. Sex must be done between husband and wife. Sex must not be between relatives and not with animals.

4. Marriage is not the cure for sexual sin. David was married and fell to sexual sin, So is Abraham, Potiphar’s wife wanted Joseph at all cost. Marriage even increases his chances of sexual sins. A married man will see more women beautiful than his wife that are available for marriage and that man will pray to God and ask

5. Sexual satisfaction comes when it is done in a right way. Masturbation is not sexual satisfaction, it destroys the manner and will eventually lead to destruction. It is an act of selfishness. Why masturbating when you can help your mate.

6. The Bible is the most standard and qualified book to read about sex. All other books are substandard. Forever O Lord thy word is settled. Any other form of sexual perversion that is trending nowadays are Not of God. Oral sex is not of God and are even scientifically dangerous because it can easily lead to the contractions of disease and infections. Yes, people can have throat cancer as a result of oral sex.

7. The greatest tool to that is used by the devil to fragment life and destiny is sex outside marriage

8. When it comes to the issue of sex, man is always ready for sex at any time, that is why men don't menstruate. But a woman must be prepared to be made ready. A man not showing kindness to his partner is not helping her. You can’t have sex with a woman unless she is ready, then she starts to get wet. Any other thing apart from this may not give her satisfaction.

9. Sexual intercourse is meant for two major things
   a. Procreation –God said multiply and replenish the earth. This can only be achieve by sex,
   b. Satisfaction and pleasure. Sex is meant for satisfaction, I wonder at people saying is sex food? Yes it is a food, food for the soul, sex brings satisfaction and it is the height of pleasure

10. The Bible described sex in two ways –Knew and Lay

               Knew is the right one. (Hebrew meaning *Yadda*) 
               Lay is the wrong way of sex
    

Yadda... To know intimately and understand a person privately, emotionally uniquely. Doing sex the right way is Yadda. A carnal Christian does what pleases him alone but a spiritual person please God. Whenever the scriptures describes a right sexual intercourse it calls it Knew to mean yadda but whenever it is not the right it calls it lay
All through the scripture, these two words are used for sex.
As a Christian we must not be ignorant of the devises of the devil. Sex is being used to destroy homes and empires in this last days, and if you are ignorant about the power of sex you may fall victim.
Students don’t fail exams because they wrote nothing down, they fail because what they wrote down is not sufficient to earn the pass mark. If your knowledge about sex is shallow, the devil can take advantage of you….
