REJOICE - THIS IS THE DAY!
Sundays are very special to me. This is the day that we can rest from our work, spend time with God and our family.
Your first priority in life should be your relationship with God. Read His word and meditate on it. Seek His presence in prayer, listen to His voice and His guidance for your life. Take time today to go to church where you can hear the message and can connect with your brothers and sisters in Christ.

Psalm 118:24New King James Version (NKJV)
24 This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.
The second part of this verse says, "we will rejoice and be glad." Every day we should rejoice and be glad. Every day you wake up, is a beautiful day, a clean slate God is giving you to live and to love, to work and to prosper. Every day is an opportunity to be glad, as God gives us so much every day. Although we maybe have problems if we rejoice and praise God there is no time to be ungrateful and to complain. Just give thanks as God is good all the time and all the time God is good.

Then spend time with the most precious gift God gave you, your family. Make time to laugh together, play together and eat together. All the time realizing what a gift this is. Live in the present forget about the faults that you made yesterday, live today, speak positive affirmations to your spouse and your children, building a better loving tomorrow.

In doing all this you adhere to the great commandment in Matthew 24:7-40
7 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’[d] 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’[e] 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

We are free of the old Testament's laws. JESUS gave us the law of LOVE! The law in the New Testament is not a lot of do this, don't do this and this and this, it is JUST LOVE. It is really not so difficult, we can do it, let us go every day and REJOICE, BE GLAD and LOVE!
