Be sure to grab your KJV bible, not the New King James Version Bible (I don't recommend the new one and I don't use it), just grab the King James Version Bible and we can read the bible together, you can follow along as I give voice to the Holy Word, and stay tuned for the next video of reading the next Book or Chapter to follow. We are going to have some interesting discussions if you follow along with me. Please excuse any misunderstandings, slip ups or mistakes, I am just human and am prone to such, but I shall do my best to improve the reading and discussion experience as we go along, especially when approaching difficult texts and the context thereof, as well as, the pronouncing of places and names that I will read in the future. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God."

What impressed me about verse 19 is that the Greek word for "loved" (men loved darkness) is "agape". That means agape isn't any sort of elevated otherwordly love, no, it's the unflinching decision people take to behave in a certain - good or bad - way. It's not about feelings or emotions. So agape is about the choices we make and then stick to them, no matter what.
