WONDERFUL PROMISES OF GOD # 14 -LET LOVE AND FAITHFULNESS NEVER LEAVE YOU
There are some things matter to God when it comes to our walk with Him.
One of this is the "Testimony of a changed life"
It is a kind of life cultivated by divine kind love that God bestowed upon our hearts. What I do understand during the time that we are not yet in Christ, we do not know God's love nor we care about it. Our hearts then is full of envy, bitterness, jealousy, malice, rage and every kind of fleshly desire. But despite of our frailty and being unfaithful, God never change His longing, His heart, His love for us.
Yes it is true, we really don't know how to love God because we are sinners. But thanks be to God because He remained faithful to us and though we are not lovable, still God loves us with an everlasting love. Until one day, "when God's fullness of time came to us--His beloved Son, Jesus Christ died on the cross to redeemed us so that God may able to give us a new life, new hope--a changed life! Indeed He gave us a new heart that feels compassion, mercy and love not only for ourselves but for others. In the process God taught us the value of love and faithfulness by showing us the need to be like Christ!
As people belonging to God... "Let love and faithfulness never leaves you!" A blessed day to all! Grace abounds in you!
