Ephesians 5:15-20 King James Version (KJV)
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

Thank you Father for your daily provision and for supplying all that we really need in this life. Thank you Lord that our table is always filled with food that satisfies our physical need. You never neglect us even in times that we are so stubborn to do your will, still out of your faithfulness, you never get tired of giving us your daily grace .

Forgive us for the times when we have been faithless or forgetful of your generous provision and yet you have never failed to provide the sustenance that we need for our daily life. Lord.. the blessing that fall from your hand are good and gracious and we thank You that in Christ we lack no good thing.

Help us never to forget that all good things come from you and keep us from taking Your gracious provision for granted. Instill in each us a heart that is truly grateful and filled our mouths with praise and thanksgiving for our daily food.

We thank You for all You bountiful supply and ask that You would continue to give us our daily bread for our bodily nourishment - and to You we give all the praise and glory, in Jesus name, amen!
