In my personal opinion evil exists only because without it we couldn't know good.
But remember that is always a choice if you want to be good or evil and in the end we all pay for the choices we make in our life.
Exactly...heaven and hell both exists as our forefathers says .Similarly evil and good both are there..after death only we will come to know whether we will weep or gnash our teeth...isn't it friend.
