Things Behind - Having Specific Objectives

Leadership should be done with specific objectives. "Be prepared to assume great responsibilities, because the courageous conquer the mountain summit while the cowards die trying to go around." C.C.D.

We need to clarify our purpose. It is not just about the numbers of souls being won, it is about those who remain and grow. We must not be overwhelmed by the number of Encounter Retreat delegates but we must take every effort that all will proceed to post encounter and school of leaders.
The Ideal purpose, to make the vision flow. One must understand that for Him to disciple, He must be a conqueror to disciple people. Jesus, knowing that He has authority given by the Father told his disciple to "Therefore, Go and make disciples of all nations ...", as written in the book of Matthew 28:19.
We need to believe and claim that the Lord had given us the authority over the rulers of this world.

Develop Leaders. Developing people is one primary task to which God entrusted His children. We should develop leaders, not allowing them to maintain as members. These people whom God entrusted to us requires work, prayer, Divine direction to guide them in the fear of the Lord
